... Respondents PRAYER: The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for records in conection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 05.05.2025 in C3/D.O.No.22/2025 against the

petitioner's son Sathish, Male, aged 27 years, S/o Srinivasan who is confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.3561, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 19.06.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Since the detention order dated 05.05.2025 has been revoked by the aforesaid G.O. dated 19.06.2025, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus petition. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
