ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that in front of the petitioner's shop, some of the students are parking their vehicles. Admittedly, the said area is not owned by the petitioner. That apart, after a period of six years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition lacks merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
