O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed directing the First Respondent to dispose the Appeal dated 27.06.2018 to include the Petitioner's name in the Joint Patta.

2.It is informed by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents that enquiry on the appeal filed by the Petitioner has been fixed on 16.09.2019, before the First Respondents.

The First Respondent shall ensure that notice is issued in advance to all parties concerned and there is atleast one effective hearing every week conducted for speedy progress of the case. The Petitioner shall co-operate for the earlier https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposal of the same. It is needless to add here that after affording full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, a reasoned order shall be passed, considering each of the contentions of the parties and decision taken shall be communicated to them under written acknowledgment. 4.
