ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Rajavel, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his application as well as representation for the issue of family card.

3. The petitioner applied to the second respondent for the issue of ration card. Since nothing was forthcoming, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sent representation dated 10.03.2015 to various officials, including the second respondent. Since they did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 02.12.2010 and also the representation dated 10.03.2015 on merits and take appropriate action after conducting an enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
