Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in DP/TBD:192:2014 dated 28.06.2024 and the consequential proceedings of the 6th respondent in letter No.PAD/PENSION/2015-2016 dated 02.02.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider and include the service rendered by the petitioner under respondents 1, 5 and 6 for the purpose of computation of qualifying service for Pension and consequently direct the respondents 1, 5 and 6 to pay pension to the petitioner.
