This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the civil revision petition.

2. Mr.T.G.V.Ramani Gopal, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent and expressed his objection for condoning the delay.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 103 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.
