This application is filed by the plaintiff for summary judgment for a sum of Rs.4,33,91,096/- (Rupees Four Crores Thirty Three Lakhs Ninety One Thousand and Ninety Six Only) together with interest at 15% (prevailing SBI PLR) in favour of the plaintiff.

2. Already, the sole defendant was set ex-parte and the present suit is at the stage of recording ex-parte evidence.

3. Therefore, this application is closed.

4. However, liberty is granted to the applicant/plaintiff to re-open this application in future, if necessary.
