Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorari to call for the record passed by the 2nd respondent impugned notice NAKA No. 54/2015/A1 dated on 25.3.2015 pertaining Shop Nos.9, 7, 1, 8, 2 and 12, respectively, in Uthiramerur Bus Stand Uthiramerur Kancheepuram District is illegal and quash the same.

COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.G.Ranganathan, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with the consent of either side, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a writ of certiorari to call for the impugned notice in NAKA No. 54/2015/A1 dated 25.3.2015, issued by the second respondent, pertaining to Shop Nos.9, 7, 1, 8, 2 and 12, respectively, in Uthiramerur Bus Stand Uthiramerur Kancheepuram District and to quash the same. 3.The petitioners were lessees in respect of the respective shops stated supra, owned by the second respondent and challenging the order dated 25.3.2015, the petitioners have filed a revision before the first respondent under Section 219 of the Panchayats Act and also filed a stay petition, pending disposal of the revision. Since the revision is pending before the first respondent, there will be a direction to consider the said revision on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them. Till the revision is heard and disposed of, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the shops in question.

4. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
