Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue duty permission order to the petitioner immediately with all fringe benefits as if the petitioner is in continuous service from the date of his appointment to till date taking into consideration of the fact that the order of dismissal by the respondents became ineffective from the date it was passed as approval for the same was refused by the Authority on 23.07.2018 through Approval Petition No.131/2014 under Section 33(2)(b) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2019.
