C.M.P.Nos.15816, 15817 and 15819 of 2021 in S.A.Sr.No.10329 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J These applications have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 1204 days to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent viz.,Syed Zakriya Sahib; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent viz.,Syed Zakriya Sahib and to bring on record the respondents 4 to 14 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above S.A.Sr.No.10329 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 14.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 14 would submit that he has no objection for these petitions being ordered.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
