3 to remove the encroachment created by the fourth respondent on the Sri Varadharaja Perumal Temple admeasuring an extent of 70 cents out of 1.97 acres (situated at Sy.No.385/2, Mullipuram Village, Kangayam Taluk, Tirupur District by considering the representation dated 5.5.2023 consequently retrieve the said land and handed over the same to the temple.

ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.Regunathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) for respondents 1 to 3.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that there is encroachment over the entire 1.97 acres. The HR & CE Department would take steps for removal of the encroachment.
3. In view of the said statement made by learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE), the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
