This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant leave for 20 days to the petitioner husband, the detenue, I.Sahul Ahmeed, S/o.Ibrahim, aged about 48 years, Convict No.4410, detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.
