This Application has been filed to implead the applicant herein as the 4th respondent in the above Application No.4915 of 2022 in C.S.DR.No.107781 of 2022, pending before this Court.

2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent would submit that he has no serious objections in allowing this application. 3.Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties. 4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into account that the 1st respondent do not have any serious objection, this application is allowed as prayed for. 5.Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carryout necessary amendment in both, in the application as well as the plaint. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent/ defendant is also directed to file his counter within a period of two weeks.
