When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner/Management submitted that the entire amount due to the 2nd Respondent/employee has been paid to him as per the order dated 08.05.2013 passed in Computation Petition No.90 of 2012 and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has made an endorsement in the case bundle to the following effect:

"I am Petitioner. I paid entire amount to the 2nd Respondent.

This Petition is infructuous."

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
