This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 13.10.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.647 of 2019, by a period of six months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.
