ORDER

The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of E.P.No.18 of 2025 in O.S.No. 224 of 2010.

2. The reason mentioned for seeking expeditious disposal is the age of the petitioner, who is about 90 years old. The record shows that the suit was instituted in 2010 and the petitioner had to wait for about 14 years for the decree. In these circumstances, the interest of justice warrants that the execution petition be heard and disposed of expeditiously.

3. Since the order does not affect the respondents adversely, the matter is being disposed of without notice to the respondents. Therefore, subject to providing a reasonable opportunity to the execution petitioner/decree holder and the judgement debtors, the Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi is called upon to dispose of E.P.No.18 of 2025, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
