Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected in Na.Ka.No.C1/5882/2014, dated 24.07.2014 and Na.Ka.No.C1/5882/14, dated 11.08.2014, passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to prepare the seniority list as per the Municipal Corporation Service Rules and also based on the date of joining duty and also promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant on par with juniors with all benefits.
