The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) & 438 of IPC and Section 4 of TN Public Property (PRVNT.OF Damage & Loss) Act, 1992, in Crime No.83 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.22466 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019. However, they cannot furnish the sureties and therefore, this petition is filed
3. When the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail, 2nd petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
