O R D E R

Challenging the fair and decreetal order, dated 06.04.2022 passed in E.A.No.80/2015 in E.P.No.10/2009 in O.S.No.29/2006 on the file of the 1st Additional District Court, Erode, the present revision petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the Judgment Debtor had filed C.R.P.No.1361 of 2015, challenging the order made in E.P.No.10/2009 and the said C.R.P. has been allowed, by setting aside the sale in favour of the petitioner with a direction to the Judgment Debtor to pay the entire decree amount to the petitioner, who is the auction purchaser. Therefore, he submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present revision petition as the same has been filed for delivery of possession. This submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents is not objected by the petitioner.

3. In view of the order passed in C.R.P.No.1361 of 2015 dated Page NO:2
