2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's application could be appreciated only if the same is made online.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit the Form CCPA through online. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of online application from the petitioner.
