CMP Nos.13987, 13989 and 13992 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioner i)to condone the delay of 368 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent Abdul Hameed; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent and iii) to bring the respondents 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection for allowing these applications.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
