This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.am until further orders in Crl.Op.11246/2023 order dated 17.5.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
