WP NO.9448 OF 2015 MSNJ In continuance of the order dated 14-8-2015, this court is passing the following order.

Learned standing counsel for R1 pray for time to deposit the interest portion on the belated payment of the Award amount to the credit of EP No.35 of 2011, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
