The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the Representation dated 07.05.2018 made by the Petitioner and further direct the Third Respondent to conduct field inspection of the land of the Petitioner for starting a brick kiln in Survey Nos. 1215B/7 in Anakaavoor Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and in Survey No. 121/16-90 Annaputhur Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 07.05.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order Na. Ka. No. 289/MINERALS/2017 dated 23.08.2019 passed by the First Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 3.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
