This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8182 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11097 of 2022 on 27.06.2022, to report before the respondent Police every Monday morning 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
