ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) By consent of parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at admission stage itself.

2.This writ petition is for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and issue community certificate pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, without delving into the merits of the case, we are inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023, if it is in order, for issuing community certificate to the petitioner and to pass orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.It is needless to say that the petitioner shall also submit all the particulars to the second respondent along with this order copy. 5.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
