ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) & 351(3) of BNS Act in Crime No.not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now a case has been registered in Crime No.72 of 2025 and the offence includes SC & ST Act. In view of the same, anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable as there is a specific bar under the Act. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
