This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.127 of 2023 in Crl.

O.P.No.24115 of 2022 dated 09.01.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.127 of 2023 in Crl. O.P.

No.24115 of 2022 dated 09.01.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
