This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge Special Judge, for SC and ST Act, Puducherry in Crl.O.P.No.7314 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022.
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Judge refused to receive the surrender petition of the petitioner stating that the respondent police has failed to bring the defacto complainant to the Court. Hence, he prays to extend the time.
3. Considering the above, 10 days time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7314 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022.
