The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the object of application filed by the applicant for appointing an Advocate Commissioner to act as a receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle has been fulfilled.

2. The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court by its order dated 14.08.2023 has reported compliance with the said order. The learned Advocate Commissioner has received an initial remuneration of Rs.15,000/-.

3. The learned Advocate Commissioner seeks further additional remuneration.

4. I have perused the report of the learned Advocate Commissioner.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons given for additional remuneration, Court is inclined to order additional remuneration of Rs.35,000/- to be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

6. The learned counsel for the applicant is therefore directed to ensure that a sum of Rs.35,000/- is paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner towards additional remuneration within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This Application is closed with the above observations. 03.10.2023 arb
