Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant 4 months time to extend comply the order dated 19.11.2018 in the above writ petition(WMP.20612/2019) IN WP.4109/2011 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAMPATHKUMAR AND ASSO Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.20612 of 2019 was filed on 01.07.2019, seeking extension of time for four months to comply with the order dated 19.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.4109 of 2011.

2. In view of the fact that the four months extension period sought for by the petitioner in the present petition expired long before, no further consideration is required in the present petition and accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.20612 of 2019 in W.P.No.4109 of 2011 stands dismissed. No costs.
