ORDER
The Petition is filed to take action against certain Jayachandran who is stated to be a priest of Arulmigu Naganatha Swamy Thirukoil and the allegation is that he demands and receives extra statutory receipts from the devotees who visit the temple and that the respondents should take action against him. 2.Certain Murugesan has been filing Writ Petitions against the said Jayachandran for few years now, whereas, the present petitioner who appears before this Court is not Murugesan but another. This apart, this Court requires an affidavit from the petitioner to the effect that he has no personal animosity against the allegedly erring priest. 2/4
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged Jayachandran is not the priest of the said Temple but, only a staff of the Temple.
4.The said statement is recorded.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the Petition and file a fresh Petition with appropriate materials. 6.Since the information provided before this Court appears to be inadequate and since there is no statement that the petitioner shares no animosity or enmity with the said Jayachandran, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
