PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, directing to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.133 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Jayankondam.

O R D E R

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.133 of 2020.

2. The petitioner-Temple seeking for a Permanent Injunction against the defendant who is said to have been practicing Advocate in the said locality trying to encroach upon the temple lane. When the I.A was filed, it has been adjourned from time to time without releasing the sensitivity in the issue.

3. Considering the narrow scope of the petitioner, there shall be an order of the District Munsif Court at Jayankondam to dispose the I.A within a period of three weeks. The respondent is required seeks time to file counter within 10 days, the trial Court is directed to hear the enquiry in I.A within 10 days and to pronounce the order within 10 days, thereafter in toto within a period of four weeks and to dispose the I.A. The learned District Munsif is hereby directed to consider the Ad-interim injunction in the meanwhile.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P is closed. 07.12.2020 nvi Speaking Order:Yes/No To The District Munsif Court, Jayankondam.
