This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2023 and direct the respondent authorities to lay a pipeline while repairing / laying the road within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Though the petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2023 and a consequential direction to the respondents to lay pipeline, however, when the matter is taken up for hearing learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered by the third respondent and appropriate order was passed on 16.06.2023 directing the petitioner to approach the revenue officials.

3. In the light of the proceedings dated 16.06.2023 of the third respondent, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
