This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an Order dated 05.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12209 of 2024, to appear before the Trial Court on every Wednesday at 10:30AM for a period of three months and shall co-operate with the trial proceedings without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3.
