By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner herein has applied for additional connection to a portion of the building which he had put up.

3.Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, the learned counsel has taken notice for the respondent, who on instructions submits that the said construction is unauthorised and hence it is declined. He added that the representation will be considered within a week from today.
