ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the third respondent, rejecting the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2025 seeking to grant ordinary leave for her brother/life convict.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has produced the proforma of the life convict which states that the last leave availed by the life convict expired only on 10.10.2024, which was granted by this Court through its order dated 09.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.24209 of 2024.
3. Since one year period has not lapsed from the last date of ordinary leave availed by the petitioner's brother/life convict, the petitioner's request for further relief is impermissible under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules.
