This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.15640 of 2022 in C.A.No.1131 of 2022 vide order dated 17.10.2022, to appear before the learned Special Judge for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Chennai, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every English Calendar month, until further orders.

2. Mr.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15640 of 2022 in C.A.No.1131 of 2022 vide order dated 17.10.2022, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Chennai, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of once in six months of English Calendar month, commencing from 01.08.2024, until further orders." 01.07.2024 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
