PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2026 in accordance with law and thereby direct them to issue the patta in petitioner's name in pursuance of the assignment order passed by the 4th respondent vide Na.Ka.No. 178/82 dated 23.01.2009 for the property comprised in Survey No. 883/1A bearing Plot No.112 to an extent of 0.0120 square meter land, situated at Pasumpalur South Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District, and pass orders. ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2026 and to issue patta in petitioner's name, pursuant to the assignment order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.178/82 dated 23.01.2009 in respect of the subject property, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation shall be outrightly considered on the petitioner making an application afresh through online mode.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application forthwith and on receipt of the same, the respondent concerned shall consider and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
