ORDER
Heard Ms.J.Rajalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of first respondent and Mr.S.Kandasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 2 to 5 and with the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in respect of the lands situate in Survey Nos.145/1 and 145/2, Ponnerikarai, Kancheepuram measuring an extent of 9900 sq.ft., on the ground that Revision Petition No.1 of 2015 is pending before the first respondent.
3. In the light of the fact that the subject matter is pending before the first respondent in R.P.No.1 of 2015 for consideration, the authority is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time the matter is disposed of by the first respondent, status quo prevailing as on date in respect of the lands in question shall be maintained by the parties.
