These applications have been filed to direct the first respondent to hand over the copies of the sanctioned plain for demolition and reconstruction of the plaint A schedule properties and to render true and proper authenticated copy of the accounts of the rental income from the trust properties along with the list of tenants and vacant portions available in the A schedule properties and the arrears of rent payable by the tenants.

2. At this stage, this Court is of the view that production of the above documents is not required. However, the first respondent is directed to produce the above details at the time of trial by furnishing copy to the other side.

3. With the above direction, these applications are closed. Post the main suit on 08.01.2024 for filing written statements of the defendants.
