(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh representation before the first respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. In the event of the petitioner making a representation pointing out the encroachment on the public street and also illegal construction, the authorities are directed to consider the same in accordance with law and to take necessary consequential action, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, if any.
