Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.V.RAMANUJAM, SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.E.GOMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.R.RAJAGOPALAN, FOR MR.T.R.RAJARAMAN, AND MR.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the 1 to 4 Respondents and of MR.P.L.NARAYANAN, Advocate for the 5th Respondent and of MR.S.SATHIASEELAN, Advocate for the 6th Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to fix an early date for final hearing of the Second Appeal in S.A.No.675 of 2019. 2.The third respondent in the Second Appeal is the petitioner herein.
3.The above Second Appeal was admitted on 18.06.2019 and the substantial questions of law were framed.
4.This Court understand the anxiety of the petitioner/3rd respondent for early hearing of the Second Appeal.
5. However, taking into consideration, the entirety of facts and the Second Appeal was admitted recently, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for.
6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
