The petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Sengamalai/ first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Sengamalai/first respondent and to permit the petitioners to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased.

2.As there was no serious objection from the other side, the petitions are allowed.
