This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 105 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1500/- for the WA SR No.27302 of 2024.

Heard Mr.R.N.Amarnath, learned counsel for first the respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
