The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 03.03.2015.

2. Heard Mr.R.Narendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both the counsels, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has given a representation dated 3.3.2015 stating that the award was not calculated properly taking into consideration the various aspects and the principles laid down in arriving at the just compensation. 4. Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 03.03.2015, given by the petitioner, within a stipulated time.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
