A.No.3257 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to re-open the evidence of PW1 in the TOS.No.46 of 2010.

A.No.3258 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to re-call PW1 for further cross examination by the defendant.

A.No.3259 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to re-open the evidence of PW1 in the TOS.No.45 of 2010.

A.No.3260 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to re-call PW1 for further cross examination by the defendant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that these applications may be allowed on payment of cost.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, this Court is inclined to allow these applications by imposing cost.

4. Accordingly, all these applications are allowed on condition that the applicant pays a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) on A.No.3257 of 2024 and Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) on A.No.3259 of 2024 to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

gv respondent on or before 13.08.2024. In the event of failure on the part of the applicant in paying the said amount within the stipulated time, these applications shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
