This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to protect petitioner life and her family members and living rights in petitioner residence legally at Old No.97, New No.22, Muthumariamman Koil Street, Anbu Nagar, (Koladi), Thiruverkadu, Chennai - 600 077.

2. The petitioner has given complaint to the respondents seeking police protection with regard to disturbances made by some political parties to herself and her family members.

3. Now, almost five years have lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
