O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish the relevant documents to the petitioner for the purpose to defend the disciplinary proceedings as per written representation made by the petitioner on 17.10.2014 in which the petitioner pointed out the relevant documents.

2. It is well settled that the Writ Petition against the Cooperative Society is not maintainable as held by the Full Bench judgment of this Court in K.Marappan vs. Deputy Director of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cooperative Societies, Namakkal reported in (2006) 4 CTC 689 and the remedy available to the petitioner is to file revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act before the concerned authority.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the revisional authority, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
