O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 04.12.2020 passed in W.P.No.33206 of 2014.

This Court on 04.12.2020, issued a direction to the respondents for disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2014 and subsequently issued a direction to the Registry to issue bailable warrant against the respondents/contemnors for not appearing before this Court in spite of issuance of statutory notice, based on which, the respondents/contemnors appeared before this Court today.

3. Respondents/Contemnor submitted that the representation of the petitioner was disposed of on 25.11.2021. It is represented by one Mr.Gurumurthy, Assistant General Manager of State Bank of India, Regional Business Office, Erode, that there is no person viz, Dhileep Kumar working in the first respondent's office and he has also filed an Affidavit dated 26.11.2021 to that effect.

4. Recording the submissions of the 1st respondent/contmenor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
